If Author selects this option, Heavenly Realm Publishing shall prepare Work for distribution. Hardcover books must be no less than 18 pages and no greater than (1050 small books, 1200 large books) pages in length.

OPTION 2—COPYRIGHT REGISTRATION, $195

If Author selects this option, Heavenly Realm Publishing shall complete all forms and requirements to register Author’s Work with the United States Copyright Office (USCO). Upon publication, Heavenly Realm will copyright author’s
book(s) and the author will obtain a copyright registration certificate. 

–Option 2 for publishing services only, not for individual sale.

 
OPTION 3—DISTRIBUTION YEARLY AVAILABILITY FEE, LEARN BELOW

When the Author selects any of the publishing packages (book, ebook, CD, or DVD), the first year is free at no charge. This availability allows Author’s Work to remain registered and available for sale through various bookstores. If the Author selects this option, he or she will receive an additional year(s) of ongoing availability of Work for purchase by the Author which will give the Author an additional year and/or 2 years free or more (only if certain options are chosen). The Distribution Yearly Availability Fee covers additional distribution time for one format of the Work. Example: One Soft Cover is one format and one Hard Cover is one format of work; and also ebooks, CD’s, DVD’s that are distributed are considered a format also. 

Each has one year free after the Author purchase this distribution option unless the Author purchase additional years. After the first year of publishing, Heavenly Realm gives the Author free distribution availability, after the first year, the Author will resume payment for the regular price of distribution per format/published book, per year.

OPTION 4—PERSONALIZED BACK COVER, $115

If Author selects this option, Heavenly Realm Publishing shall include Author’s  picture and/or up to 200 words of custom text promoting Author of Work.  Author agrees that the style and format of the cover is entirely at the discretion of Heavenly Realm. Heavenly Realm normally uses the ‘About the Book’ provided by Author on the Submission Information Form for back cover formatting for paperback and with hardcover versions of Work. Author agrees to submit the picture and/or text desired Agreement.

 

OPTION 5—NEW YORK TIMES ADVERTISING, LEARN BELOW

The New York Times Sunday Book Review is a weekly paper/magazine that is the nation’s most review paper/magazine with a viewing audience of over a million readers per printed issue weekly.

The Sunday Book Review sites a NYT Bestsellers list that has been grabbing the hearts of readers all over the world. It is read weekly by book buyers, well-known reviewers, and millions of other reviewers worldwide. Heavenly Realm is honored to advertise you, our author’s book in this highly respected, well-trusted, and credible publication for a limited advertisement.

OPTION 6—AUTHOR PHOTO, $75

Author photo will be a located on the back cover of the book. The picture (color or black and white) and/or text desired with Agreement. The picture must be at least 2 inches by 3 inches but not be more than 8 inches by 10 inches.




OPTION 7—CUSTOM COVER ILLUSTRATION, $375

If Author selects this option, Heavenly Realm Publishing will provide Author with the services of the Heavenly Realm design consultant and illustrator to create original artwork for Author’s book cover.  The service includes up to 5 (five) hours of consultation and design production time by a Heavenly Realm illustrator. The Custom Cover Illustration will be produced by Heavenly Realm.  Additional time with the illustrator is available for purchase at an hourly rate of $100.00. Author agrees to read and sign ‘Custom Cover Illustration Agreement’ and ‘Custom Cover Illustration Submission’ which, with Author’s signature, will become part of this Agreement.


 

OPTION 8—LIBRARY OF CONGRESS CONTROL NUMBER, $175

If Author selects this option, Heavenly Realm Publishing shall obtain a control number through the Library of congress.


 

OPTION 9–COPY EDITING SERVICES, LEARN BELOW

Professional editors shall copy edit the author’s work. Copy editing includes correction of spelling, punctuation, and grammar; checking for consistency, proper usage, and typographical errors. Copy editing does not include content support and resolution, evaluation of flow, presentation, and sentence.

OPTION 10–E-BOOK UPGRADE, $350

Heavenly Realm will upgrade the author’s book into an electronic book and will market it on the Amazon Kindle device, Barnes & Noble Nook, the Sony Reader, and on major ebook websites worldwide. The author’s book will be compatible with the latest line of portable readers as well as some traditional computer based readers. All black and white titles are available for upgrade to this format.


 

OPTION 11–COPYRIGHT REGISTRATION (FOR INDIVIDUALS), $95

For individual purchase. This option is those who are not an author and need paper work, documents, art work, graphics, etc. copyrighted.

OPTION 14—AUTHOR’S CORNER: NEWS AND EVENTS, $275

Author receives a customized (website advertisement) on Heavenly Realm website page “Author’s Corner”. Listing shall include, but not limited to, bio, author photo, announcements, news, tours, accomplishments, and events. Advertisements are posted in monthly increments. Price includes with photo or without, and limited text about information inserted. (See AA)

With this publishing package option you may have your book formatted in an electronic format. As industry is on the go, so are readers. Electronic format books are in high demand today and you must stay ahead of the game. Therefore, we offer ebook publishing for Adobe readers, Sony readers, Amazon Kindle devices, Barnes & Noble Nook, and Apple Ipad.

OPTION 24 –DIGITAL BOOK CD, LEARN BELOW

Heavenly Realm understands that every author’s dream is to have a personal, finished copy of their published book on CD for personal memories. This is why we have created this option for each title at a cost of $375.

What the author receives in this option:

•   A CD-ROM copy of the published book in a pdf format.
•   A pdf format of the author’s final book cover design.
  
•   An email copy of the author’s final book in pdf format:

                          (With this option the author will only have the option to receive a CD-ROM copy or email version of the Digital Book CD.                            The Author does not receive both versions).

Note: Both versions, the published interior of book and book cover will be joined together on one CD-ROM
or formatted in an email version if chosen by author, and sent to the author via mail or email.

The Copyright watermark is enforced on the Digital Book CD for the Author’s protection.

$375 refers to a copy of soft cover, hard cover, and interior of book. For additional copies, there is an
additional charged of $75. (Additional copies are sold with original order and not sold separately, only
if needed.) Prices are the same whether sent by mail or email. Additional paperwork may apply.

This program gives online viewers and shoppers the ability to view a limited preview of your book. This in turn will help gain customers and sales for your book. What better way to have this option available through the largest online, worldwide booksellers distribution channel.

Once an author publishes an ebook only with Heavenly Realm, he or she has the option for Heavenly Realm to publish and print your ebook into a physical printed book(s) of the same book title with an upgraded fee. This change will be from just publishing and worldwide marketing distribution with an electronic ebook, to publishing and printing a physical copy of the same book title with Heavenly Realm. This option is to be able to change from an ebook publishing to a printed Black & White Book Publishing and/or the printed Full-Color Book Publishing.
